In another turn of events proving that the Saab 9-3 could exist forever, NEVS, the company that bought the Saab name, struck a $1 billion deal to supply 9-3 EVs to China-based aerospace technology monolith Volinco. This deal comes on the heels of an even larger agreement to supply 150,000 electric 9-3 sedans to Panda New Energy, a leasing company.
